Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO -What a Ride!:D

Speaking of guitar strings, my acoustic had one that was broken and my cute kitchen fitter attached 5 new strings to it today, whilst I was out, and left a note saying 'Happy Birthday' tucked between them....He's coming back to do the tiling next week! woot2.gif

Think the most ive ever paid for a 'string' is £10.00 and that was from Ann Summers! I would say it was more like tooth floss than underwear but it was a matching item so couldn't exactly not get it!!

How do these people get away with charging so much for something that has so little material wink.gif

Im starting to sound like my dad sounded a few years back: " You call that a skirt? I hope you didn't pay full price for it because they certainly haven't finished making it yet!" ohmy.gif

Very true! and the thing is if I didn't want to pay that much, I didn't have to, at the end of the day I chose to so that means I can't really complain! laugh.gif

I know what you mean....those Rampant Rabbit things cost nearly £50! If that isn't hormonal exploitation, I don't know what is! Sod the Black Panthers, we should form the Pink Bunnies and march on Downing Street!
