come up and see me...make me smile
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO -What a Ride!:D

"I was only a suspect as I was a known shady stalker"
Creepy guy, shame about the miss trial though. 8 years for something you didn't would be hard to take.

Well it was fun while it lasted...

They just don't have evidence, so could have done it. Wasn't the main issue that the gun discharge residue in his pocket couldn't be evidentially linked to the gun asw they don't have it. Yeah, coase, I always have ginpowder in my pockets........

He seems a shady, creepy character who has been up to no good - stalking, obsessive type. Unfortunately there's no conclusive proof that he murdered Jill Dando. Also he's not the only one that's been let out through lack of conclusive evidence.

Hmmmm................. not too sure about this, the bloke is obviously a fruitcake and a deluded bullshitter but doesn't seem the type who would shoot someone. He comes across as the type of wierdo who might grope your boob or goose your bum. Not very nice but essentially no more than a bloody nuisance who needed a slap. ( Sadly I fear he had a few over the last eight years for all the wrong reasons).
New car, caviar, four star daydream, think I'll buy me a football team.

Thats true enough. Bet he had more than a few slaps....! Papers are saying he tring for £million compensation. I wonder if new evidence arrises that finds him guilty he'll have to pay it back?
What happens with that now? If they continue to pursue the enquiry and new evidence comes to light pointing at him can they appeal or is that it now what ever happens?

The law on double jeopardy got rescinded (sp?) a couple of years ago, so in theory I guess they could keep on finding new evidence and trying him over and over
