First job was removal of gearbox and Engine..
then go round it all..clean it up... reseal a few bits here and there...
remove inlet - clean front crankcase breathing and insert new valve - Clean up all the oily mess..

Change over the exhaust cam after someone (naming no-one) managed to snap off a piece off the end..
re-time the engine...luckily we spotted the tensioner pulley was knackered! and was throwing the belt off course..

Remove both sump sections and oil pump and change the front and rear crankshaft oil seals...rather time consuming!
Re-assemble!..
