Hi guys and girls,

I was looking to install a 1.5 DIN headunit. I need 3 pre outs, or at least 1 + 1 sub pre out. If it has ipod it is a plus. Touch screen would be cool but not necessary.
I will make a custom head unit facia adapter. But What models do you recommend? Sound QUALITY is a must!

thanks

just get a 1 din headunit and a adaptor fasica off ebay for a few quid.

will be easier and cheaper getting a single din...

I already have a 1 din head unit in my system. I am looking to step it up a notch and having a slick install.

There is one of the Russian Puma members on here that built a stunning large head unit. Have a wade around, its a carputer but the build is amazing.

The 1.5 DIN units are primarily for some jap cars (like the mk2 Toyota MR2) although most any car has a fascia adaptor made either OEM (ie Ford) or aftermarket (ie Autoleads).

the OEM ones do tend to be better quality though.
