Big SX Meet 7 - the SX PumaPeople Christmas Dinner IS NOW CONFIRMED It is the same place we went to last year and for those of us that went, we had a top time 8) It might seem early, but they started taking bookings today

I have reserved a table for 20 people in a great corner of the restaurant, so it will be like a private party!! If you are interested, please sign up to the usergroup or post your interest here for me to keep an eye on numbers. Thanks to those I have already heard from. As early as it may be, I need to know as deposits are required end August 2003.

We will be meeting on the Festival Leisure Park at 16:30 hours for a pre-drink in The Honeypot. Then we will convoy to the restaurant for a 18:00 hours sit down at the Toby Carvery, Shenfield Common, Brentwood, CM15 8DZ.

M25, J29 signposted for A127. Join A127 towards Basildon/Southend. Go over the half roundabout and turn off for the A176 for Billericay. The slip road off bends to the left. It may well be signposted from here with the good old brown signs for the Festival Leisure Park. If not, here goes ... Turn left at the roundabout. Will take you under the A127 you just come off of. Straight over the next roundabout. Left at the next which means B&Q will run along your left hand side. Over the traffic lights. Over the next roundabout and first slip road off for the Leisure Park. We park up by Pizza Hut. You should see us all. Here are some links, which may help those of you who have not been before

Just to let you know, for those of you who have said you are coming along, I have paid the deposit monies to the restaurant today, so our booking is now confirmed

Deposits received and seats secured for:

Me!, Dee, Kevin, Scott, Clare, Darren, Laura, Colin, Paul, Jackie, Richard, Chrissie, Heather, Lary and Simon.

Awaiting deposit money still from Adam and Chris and possible Simon Cooke who is yet to confirm. If the three of you are definitely coming along, there are just 2 seats remaining (total party size 20), so for anyone reading this that is interested, please let me know.

At the moment, all 20 spaces are now full :sorry: but I do have question marks :?: by four of those. At the moment it is difficult for me to tell whether they will or won't be coming, but as Christmas draws nearer and I find out if they are definitely coming or not, I will let you know. Two of the question marked people have already paid their deposit and the other two have expressed an interest in joining us, but no desposit sent to me just yet.

Sorry, but until I know otherwise, there's not a lot I can do. If a space does free up, I'll let you know, as you are on the reserve list :wink:
