Just was wondering if peoples Puma is there only car and how often it is used.

I myself have the use of 3 cars including the Puma,

CorsaVan - Work and Social if I want to but normally only work.
Puma - Only Social, use it normally evenings after work and weekends.
C-Max - Only Social, Dads company car but I can use it too is parked infront of the Puma so whenever I use the Puma I have to move that first. Tend to only use the C-Max over the Puma when the weather is bad so to keep the Puma tucked up in the garage.

Dezza hia,

No lucky s*d as I am;

BMW 530d Auto. Used every day 25k miles per/yr. Superb car.
Puma FRP, used at weekends, done approx 2k miles since buying it in May 2006.
also have a 50% share in a Subaru SVX 3.3 litre 4 wd coupe , rarer than a FRP, 3 k miles / yr if that . Investment !

As well as my Puma, I also own a third of a Focus TDCi Sport - superb car, I drive it quite a lot.

I also use Dads work car - Cavalier 1.8. Tend to use that for when its my turn to drive to the football matches.

Puma is my daily drive for the commute to work etc. I like driving it everyday because you get people who know about cars giving it a knowing look (like yeah they are great cars) and sexy ladies giving you looks too.

A lovely young lady at work that I gave a lift to said "ooh this is a nice car it's so sporty and modern looking" not bad for a 7 year old Fiesta in drag eh? wink.gif

I have my Focus (which I'm probably selling soon) and a mk5 1.25 Fiesta in Colorado Red that I use every day. It's done 96k miles and has never seen a garage in its life, but it has no rust! I have no idea how or why. It's a great little car, and I love it.

I do most of my miles in a silver E60 BMW 523i M Sport, which aside from the weedy engine is a beautiful car. One with the 3.0 litre twin-turbo diesel engine (535d) is all the car you'd ever need.

At work I occasionally get to drive the 04 reg 1.2 Clio, but it's pretty boring.

The joys of business insurance also mean I get to have the odd go in a BMW 7 Series M Sport and an M3 CSL.

I have a few cars, the Puma is strictly for fun!

I wouldn't use it on long journeys, I have a BMW diesel for long distance and frequently have other things for temporary use.
I've been through a good few that seemed a good idea at the time, the novelty wears off quite quickly, I guess I always hankered for a nippy and light car, I've given hot hatches a wide berth, but the Puma fits into a different group. I love it!

I have got my Silver Puma and my Dad's got one in black (Both are 1.7's) which I occasionally get to drive. I would love a Focus ST in black but I got to say the Puma's are staying no matter what.

I have my Puma and that's all I need, did have my beloved first car (a J reg fiesta 1.1!) untill a couple of months ago. My parents bought it for me nearly 4 years ago and I gave it back to them to resell. That little car was great, but cause I coudnt afford to keep both it had to go. Will allways remember you RPL where ever u may be.......

........and little sis Puma misses u too.

Puma and Evo 7, both used every day for commuting by me and the wife.

Only trouble I have is keeping her out of the Evo! and me squeezing into the Puma ( I have now learned to press the brake pedal with the side of my foot as my knee hits the steering wheel?
