I trim it after the glue has set for 12 hours leaving any glue on badge easy enough to peel off.

well they are the only replica badges. The gel ones are rubbish by comparison.

Ive done my first few casts on the new mould and am well pleased with the result!!


Its hard to see in the picture but the edges are smooth just as the originals!!! they are so accurate they even have the injection moulding marks copied from the originals!!!!!

Just making another set of prototypes with the casts ive made then i shall start production!!! When im ready to sell i will start another thread for orders.

Blimey!! woot2.gif these are gonna be great!

as said already it's people like you that a) make this club what it is and cool.gif will keep the FRP's alive for years to come.

I know its not your aim to profit from this but in the long run once FRP owners have been catered for i hope this makes you some mullah.

searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

busy with work and getting my own car in a safe state to drive (without it catching fire etc!!). Dont worry ive not forgotten. probably start on them again in next few weeks so i can start a production line doing say 20mins a night on them.
